Price Match Requirements
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:
- The competitor must be a legitimate U.S.-based retailer offering the product for sale.
- The competing product must be identical or directly equivalent in model, size, capacity, specifications, condition, and configuration.
- The product must be currently available and in stock with the competitor.
- The competitor’s advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable.
- We consider the total delivered price, including the product price, shipping or delivery charges, and other mandatory charges.
- Price match requests must be submitted before completing your purchase with Equipment Corral LLC.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Auctions or marketplace listings.
- Clearance, liquidation, closeout, or going-out-of-business sales.
- Used products being compared with new products.
- Coupons, rebates, bundles, or buy-one-get-one promotions.
- Pricing errors or incorrectly advertised prices.
- Private or negotiated quotes that cannot be independently verified.
- Exchange orders or replacement products.
Equipment Corral LLC reserves the right to verify the competitor, product availability, specifications, condition, and advertised price before approving a price match.
How to Request a Price Match
Contact our customer service team and provide a link or other verifiable information showing the competitor’s product and current advertised price.
Once verified and approved, we will provide the applicable matched price before you complete your order.
